Who I AM
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years now, and during that time, I’ve had the chance to work with all kinds of people—from beginners just starting out, to competitive athletes pushing for that next level. What drives me is helping clients realize they’re capable of way more than they thought—whether that means dropping body fat, building strength, moving better, or competing at a higher level in their sport.
My background goes beyond the gym floor. I’ve had the chance to intern at Simon Fraser University (SFU), which is actually the only NCAA Division II school in Canada. Working with their athletic department gave me a front-row seat to how high-level collegiate athletes train, recover, and perform under pressure. That experience was a game-changer for me, because it taught me how to build training programs that are not only effective but also sport-specific, structured, and rooted in performance science.
Currently, I’m working with the BC Lions, a professional football team, where I get to be part of a top-tier strength and conditioning environment. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to prepare elite athletes for game day—mentally and physically—and I bring that same focus and discipline into the work I do with all my clients, no matter their goal.
At the end of the day, I’m all about building programs that are personalized, practical, and powerful. No guesswork. Whether you’re just getting started, looking to level up your performance, or chasing a major transformation, I’ve got your back with the same mindset I bring to pro athletes: show up, work smart, and stay consistent.
